Wild Forest Honey from cherry blossoms comes from nectar collected from flowers of wild Himalayan cherry blossoms in forest areas such as Zunheboto, Mokokchung, Kiphire, and Phek. It is valued for both its taste and potential health benefits. Cherry blossom honey is a rare, early-spring honey with a mild floral taste. Bees sometimes store it, but much of the nectar is used by the colony after winter, which is why it’s not commonly produced in large amounts. Wild cherry honey helps with cough, cold and respiratory problems. It contains natural sugars and beneficial compounds that can help maintain healthy gut bacteria and improve digestion.
