Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping will be provided all over India.

Our products aim to reach customers within a minimum delivery timeline of approximately 3 day and a maximum delivery timeline of up to 7 days, including order processing, preparation, shipping, transit time, and confirmation.

In case of any products being returned and replaced, the shipping charges both ways will be borne by the consumer.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation of an order is allowed once order has been processed.

Exchange & Refund Policy

In case you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, you may write to us at customercare@galho.in or message us on our WhatsApp no 6909675858 citing what you disliked about the product. Accordingly if it is found genuine, we will replace or issue the refund within two working days.

Return Policy

Damaged Package:

If you receive the package in damaged condition, kindly send us the pictures on our WhatsApp no 6909675858 with order details within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will do the needful according to the extent of the damage.

Wrong Order:

In case you have received the product other than what you have ordered, kindly inform us on our WhatsApp no 6909675858 with details. We will verify and send you the correct order immediately.

Return Product process

  • Go to Returns
  • Put in the invoice number, product variant and number of units to be returned
  • Put in the reasons for the returns
  • Once submitted, our customer care will get in touch within 48 hours.
